I have done plenty of pads, wheel cylinders, shoes, master cylinders etc but I have never rebuilt a caliper.
I have 92 LN130 rotors and calipers on my Lux and the right front caliper has a seized piston or two I think after sitting in long grass for a while.
Do you get rebuild kits for these? How do you get stuck pistons out?

i had the same problem seized a caliper after a hunting trip up the rangitata a few months ago and i was going to rebuild mine. Was going to cost about $85 from repco for new seals (the only place in queenstown i could get to 
)
Mike reckons if you put the calipers in a vice and use plenty of crc etc you can work the pistons out. Then use a drill bit with emery cloth to rehone the cylinders and put back together with the new seals. I found i could only get one piston from each side of the caliper to come out as they were seized too hard and ended up getting a second caliper from partsworld off the net for $110 including postage.
Partsworls were really good and i got heaps of replies for second hand ones all around $100 plus postage - pretty reasonable given the cost of the seals kit unless you can get a better deal at super cheap or somewhere else.

you can nornally get the pistons out by just pressing the brake pedal ( hose still connected ) or the use of compressed air - have to watch as they can fly out this way . if they are really seized , i'd get another caliper as you can't hone the calipers , normlaly re-sleeve brake cylinders but they are really cheap anyway , re-build kits for my 89'SWB landcruiser is like $35 each caliper and they're 4 piston .
