Hilux surf/hiace diff

I'm ideally after a 4wd hiace but have found a nice 2wd on and thinking about putting an lsd in it.
I have a 1996 surf with an lsd what are the chances of me switching it into the hiace ?

Yea they are the same diffs or depending what ratio I may have a locker diff to suit u

there is two different diffs. i'm not sure what the hiace will have. like the surfs it may depend on what engine it has.
