FJ40 hack

Post by petefj40 »

Hi guys.
Well. I brought this 40 yesterday. It's 99% all there. Just isn't a runner right now.
Both me and my boy needed a project. He's enjoying a Auto mechanical course this year at Tech so I thought we need a 4X4. But this is just going to be a hack.

Local.
It was my truck about 9yrs ago (the first ever fj40 I owned). The last owner had every intention of getting it going but never got round to it. So I brought it back off him. My 17yr old son is interested in all things auto, it was brought mainly for him. I know the motor is strong. It was running on LPG most of the time.

I guess. I've found, the simpler the better. But yes, it's all been said before.
My last FJ40 cost me a small fortune but, we all live and learn.
