Does anyone know where I can find some heavy duty adjuster sleeves for the tie rods as standard ones are to weak cheers

It's not the adjusters that are weak it's the tierods themselves.

Independent4x do an upgrade kit. They use Ford F150 tierods which are much larger and custom adjusters.

The kit is pricey but comes complete with everything you need. You could source the tierods yourself and get adjusters machined and save some $$$.

I just got the kit as I didn't have enough time to chase around.
