Hey folks,
Im trying to complete a suspension lift on my VZ130 surf,
Has IFS front and coil rear.
I have the rear part of the lift kit now i need the front half
E.G. hub extentions,front diff/subframe spacers etc....
this will be the same as the suspsension lift on the LN61 and IFS surf/ute up to the 2000 model hilux (i think)
the kit spaces the bottom arms and diff down $inches so that my 2JZGE supra motor fits nicly without horrific sump mods.
I eagerly await any replys.
Cheers,
Daniel

Cheers for the reply Muddy,
i found the lift kit on an e-bay $500usd with shocks and alsorts.
it is for a leaf type truck but the front IFS parts are the same for LN130's
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... otohosting
You can see the chassis spacers the drop the bottom arms and diff head 4"
and the hub extensions so the top arm stays in it original position as do the steering tie rod ends
i think itd be easier to find a kit rather that make one, unless you think your up to the job.
i already have the rear part of this lift kit that i managed to get for freeeeee.
I think ill be harrassing the local car yards as they come in from japan with lift kits and they remove them at VINZ's request.
have a look at the pics in that link and let me know wot u think.
Cheers,
Daniel.

Thanks guys,
Solid coil'd diff at the front would be very nice.
but im on a budget,
so i wont be getting one from the USA thats for sure.
unless they can sell me the bare minimum an ill make the rest myself.
Altho the IFS has a weak diff and articulation is more or less none,
i still like its road holding qualitys.
altho ive only managed to break 2 front diffs i think the LSD im installing the the front of this truck will solve most of its problems.
they only break under severe abuse. leaving the ground whilst wheelspining under full throttle usually does it.
changing my power plant(and truck) fromt a chev V8 manual to a 3L six auto should be alot gentler on running gear also.
cheers for your input guys.

mhm lil bit different to the bits i had in mind, never the less i could still make these,BUT HOWEVER,looking at whats in that kit i would honestly have to say the down fall on my end would be cost of materials as they are obviosly buying theres in bulk whereas id be buying lil bits so im probly not gona be able to help u out cost effectivly sori, but good luck with finding ur parts requred, the checking of the cars from fresh import is a good idea
