Started life as non intercooled but head cracked and replaced the engine,gearbox and transfer case with ones from a 1997 factory intercooled surf with only 150000kms on the clock. When new engine was put in all fluids and filters were changed on whole vehicle, cambelt and water pump were done. New radiator and thermostat were installed, running aftermarket thick brass radiator (works mint, keep it really cool). Brand New factory scooped bonnet with fresh paint job.
Tyres are Achilles desert hawk A/T, only 6 months old maybe 5000kms of travel. Still heaps of tread.
Stereo works but you cannot adjust the volume, fortunately its stuck at a reasonable volume so hasnt bothered me but ideally you would want to replace this.
The boot isn't in the best condition but a good scrub up and it will look better im sure.
All the above work happened in last 3 months have only done 2000km since it was done.
