so ive got this ute it has a non turbo td27 manual in it and i have a turbo td27 terrano parts truck so needless to say the turbo setup is going in the ute along with the bonnet and flared terrano front guards,half pie considering cutting the rear flares out of the terrano and stitching them onto the well deck of the ute hmmm,will update with pics as i go cheers

Nice, if you have a parts terrano it may pay to look at swapping the diffs, as some of these utes had a piss weak (alloy from memory) rear diff, where as the terrano rear is complete overkill for the application.

cheers i havnt had a chance to check the terrano diff yet but was definatly going too

You may have either a C200 rear or h233b rear axle

example the C200 looks like this


the h233b axle Doesn't have an inspection cover and is physically larger as it is affectionately know as the japanese nine inch and is the same as what you find in a safari just narrower

ive never seen an alloy one myself ,im hoping the spare on is a lsd i havnt looked yet

going to panel in the corners of the bumpers and where the park light sat ,adding led strip lights as parklights ,going to sit them under the headlights

The C200 will give MUCH better clearance and is plenty strong if you use a 4-pin centre. 4-pin centre can be found in the front of a V6 WD21 Pathfinder. Factory solid pinion spacer too. Throw a 29 spline lockright in it and you'll be away laughing.

Yeah from memory it was a H190 diff from a ute, ute looked identical to the original posters photo, this one had blown the pumpkin completely apart and after 2 months of trying to find a replacement he managed to find a s/h diff head for around $900.

so you reckon the front diff head out of the terrano might fit in the rear of the ute?

unlikely. the terrano is a diesel, so it will have a r180 front diff.
the V6 petrol ones have a R200 front diff, which should fit your C200 rear.

i havnt had much luck sorcing a good lsd c200 and the ones i have are 4.8 to 1 and the ones in the terrano are 5.6 to 1 and lsd plus the h233b has disk breaks so that will improve my breaking abillities as well as slightly lowering my cruizing rpms
