VALUE OF SUZUKI 1600CC LWB VITARA/ESCUDO

Been Looking around at Suzuki 1600CC LWB Vitara's/Escudo's and was wondering what the average value of a standard one should be roughly, am looking to buy and don't want to pay inflated prices some are heading up towards the 5-6k mark which seems quite high to me?

I bought my 1997 2.5 V6 for $4500 5 years ago. It was standard, had 125000km on the clock and it needed a new rear crank seal but otherwise in good condition.

I sniped one off trademe last minute for $1200 wof and reg. 170thou ks. lwb. Was a year ago maybe. Cheap ones are around. Seen quite a few zuks on facebook for sale lately too.
