Bj42 parts

Post by Greg »

Hi guys

Never know if I am in the right spot, but here goes after some spares for an 1985 bj42 land cruiser, think many bits are the same as a fj40? But not sure, need panels mainly (new roof and sides) but let me know of anybody in Christchurch that could help?

Cheers

Hello Greg, I have one here in Temuka that's getting stripped. It has got rust in parts but I'm sure most have☺ The drivers side panel looks very good, the passenger one will need work on the b post area. The roof is gone along the inner lip but could be repaired.
Probably best if you came and had a prod yourself.

Hi Diogenese,

Are those seats and rails that i spy in those pictures.

Any chance they are out of an early model with the gas tank under the seat

Barn doors and 2 side windows I'd say newer model that doesn't have tank under drivers seat

The truck is an 82 so not what you are looking for. I do have some from a 76 FJ45 but the mounting points have rusted off.
