factory 80 series CV's are relatively strong but with those 37" Treps some chromoly Longfield™or RCV's™ would be a worthwhile purchase :D

Go oe
CM will wear out on a dd. The metal is softer so wears faster than std cvs

Thought about part time
Chunky mud tyres rwd on wet roads bit of grunt can be dodgy specially those shiny patches.
I'll also loose my abs
Disadvantage of chromoly is they where out quicker because metal softer?
Would the advantage be there stronger with impact like when you drop a spinning wheel?
Advantage of toyota cvs is they have 2 year warranty and there's 3 dealers within 10 mins of home
Probably go genuine because you can order in morning pick up afternoon as I need asap so can get truck going.
End of the day it's got a hilux front diff so only so much you can do before that gives way

If you go oe then change to cm let me know as i will purchase your oe cvs off you.
My dd is clunking on lock so will be in need of new cvs.
You can buy adapters off marks in aussy to move the abs from cv side to hub side.
Imho i would run part time with cm cvs. Just to expensive to ruin by std wear and tear.

Yep realise that I ain't no speed demon on road and drive the truck knowing what it is
Extreme mud tyres on wet roads are like racing slicks so full time 4wd helps keep it all in line
