The 35" extreme treckers smack the guards - which is sort of ok on a track but damn disconcerting when going around a right hand bend on the open road.
So questions are - for my 1988 70 series cruiser with OME lift etc
1, dump the 35's and go back to 33"
2, make bump stops longer
3, do a body lift
4, get the guards rolled out the way when the rust gets repaired
Any and all suggestions considered
35" Simex's smack guards - body lift or longer bump sto

I guess they are hitting the top of the guards??? if so I would say lengthen bump stops. The prado with a 4" suspension lift is quite top heavy, crusier on 2" susp and 2" body would be worse...
I will most likely have to lengthen my bumpstops once the springs settle.
I don't know anyone who's managed to get 35's on a Prado without trimming guards... well except me
which means i will have to do something later...
