Tyre sizes

How tall are 700/16 S.A.T tyres, have looked online but can't find anything conclusive, cheers.

30-31 inch give or take depending on brand/type.

750x16 are more like 31.5 to 32 inches depending on brand.

7.00 x 16
Basically a 7 inch tall side wall so (7 inches x2)+ 16 rim = 30 inches

Are SAT's still made these days? They obviously handle certain types mud very well but not on the road from my experiences.
