Turbo Kit for 2.8 Hilux

Bought a 1994 hilux 2.8D, and want to add a turbo kit too it. I had 33s put on and the standard 2.8 just doesn't seem to cut it. Have talked to a few people and they say adding a turbo is the way to go, unless I get a bigger engine. Im not mechanically savvy so all the help would be appreciated. Whats the best way to go about getting it done? Any specific places that specialise in this sort of thing? Im based in the wellington region. How much am I looking at for the conversion?
