how do you upload photots to a post or new thread ?

I wish to upload a photo/s to a thread i started , exzcept forgotten how to do it ? I have photos in a site called photobucket.com , can download to computer , bt not sure where to upload them to once i am in the "post" section , any help greatly appreciated ???????

top right hand corner in a drop down box..

I also would like to add a photo or two from my photo album.

I followed the previously mentioned instructions but could not find/see any drop down box.

Please explain once again how I may add a photo to a new or previous post.
