Removing TD27 injectors?

Anyone got any tips on removing the injectors from my TD27t in a Mistral? Never done it before and have heard I need to release diesel pressure first.
Want to get them cleaned, it runs okay but smokes a little black and is really gutless...general consensus is cleaned injectors make a difference.
Any tips appreciated, my first diesel. Have done all filters/oils, run diesel cleaner through couple of tanks, disabled EGR.

Special tool required for no1 injector if eti model
