And rear long arm/mwb conversion. Whats peoples thoughts on boxed arms like a vn commodore carrying the spring an suspension mounts with the diff slung off the end? Like a pre runner kit . To put wheel base out 10-12" rearward

Have a look at the last few pages of my build thread. I've recently been looking at boxed rear arms that will carry the spring and shock. They see a higher load and thus it has been a little more involved than I first imagined. Certainly doable.

If it's just a longer wheel base you are after, keep the shocks/springs on the diff and it will make life easier. Here is a short thread on a truck that I helped do a MWB conversion on. Not a lot of info but one or two of the pics might be helpful.

Not sure if Darin will get you a price per say. He has a DXF file that he might send, then you'd need to send it to someone to get a price to have it cut. I'd call Carl at realsteel and ask him for a price/advice on what to get it cut from.
