BJ60 engines, 15BFT ?

HI all,
ive got me a BJ60 and it needs some more life. I do a bit of towing and the bulk of the time itll be used for mountain roads and riverbeds ( jet boating ). I want a non-ecu turbo 4 pot ideally. its currently a 3B with 5 speed.

I want to retain the factory PTO winch if possible and am looking at 13BT, 14Bt and 15BFT engines for ease of install ( will bolt to stock H55F trans Im told ). For power Id like a 15BFT if I can find one, which seems to be the problem.

So my questions are :

- Ive tried most of the google results for engine sources and am having a hard time, any suggestions for finding one in NZ ?
- Does anyone have any better ideas ? Ive thought of 1Hz's and HDT's etc but much longer and similar power figures

its a rocket, pulls hard. Its a 15b with a turbo and modified fuel pump. Install was reasonably painless
