3.1 mu auto trans problem

Hi all my isuzu mu 3.1 randomly loses first gear some days its fine other days it just wants to start off in second gear has anyone had similar problem thinking it may be electrical when power button was on it blew ignition fuse the other day switched back to normal and it was fine for a day.
