Hi everyone,
I need to drill my TJ frame to fix the side bars. What type of wick do u use for that please? (not sure that the one for standard metal will make it)
(5/16" holes)

I would not recommend drilling the frame for side bars. Use sandwich plates either side of the frame or something. Don't wrld on the frame either.

Went to the garage and will bring the jeep tomorrow to see what we do: drill, solder or sandwich plate (but it will be a bit tricky but not impossible as I also prefer that option). Most important isn't affecting the health of the car and be fully aligned with what WOF is requesting.

After checking for the conformity (low volume certification) along with the WOF and exploring all options (drill, weld, super drill, drill and weld etc..) we went for the drill:
