Pajero SWB 2000

Post by bagal »

Hi all

Looking for a two door 4WD. A 2000 Pajero SWB seems to suit my budget. Is there any particular things I should look for if I find one to look at? Also wondering if lift kits are readily available and/or what size tyres can be fitted?

Any other information would be appreciated as well.

Bill

Lift kits are available from all the suppliers. 2 inch generally max as the rear suspension runs out of adjustment with any more.

Tyres, generally a 265/75/16 will fit, and you may even get 285/75/16 with a lift and no mudflatps etc.

The 3.2 diesel is very robust but fuel pumps tend to cause an issue at higher km and are very expensive to repair. (5k).
