All dash warning lights on and break warning siren is going

I removed rebuild and reinstalled an engine in a 4runner. But didn't manage to bolt the ground onto the engine. I turned the engine to ON and all my dash lights when on as usual, but wasn't usual was that one of the relays was going off. I looked around for the problem and discovered the ground wasn't hooked up.

But when I finally got around to starting it all the dash lights stay on and the break warning relay is emitting a continuous high frequency beep. I don't think it's the alternator as it's still charging the battery.
The only problem other than that is the park light fuse blew. Other than that it seems to be fine.

All fixed, ended up being the alternator afterall.
