FS 4x 35x12.5x17 on 17x10 d windows

Brought these for my cruiser but cause of my diff gearing it's reving out to much at highway speed
Tyres are goodride mud legend atleast 90% tread,guy I brought them off had done 3000km before he realised they were to big for his ute I've done about 50km
Quiet mud tyre on road
17x10 d window -44 offset jap 6 stud in good condition
$1350 pick up in Auckland

Just curious . Is there much reason for the 17 as opposed the more common 15 or 16 ?

Guy I brought them off had them on 2016 ranger so needed to be 17s to clear brake calipers

sta superlugs availible 900 r16 ex states $267 us each plus freight but 8pr so likely wander.
Chinese options 37 12.5 17 and 40 13.5 17 in radial on alibaba.
if someone brought in a container load of 50:50 37/40's reckon there'd be enough takers to make it viable?
