gearbox hard

hi there have a 1991 feroza done 1345ks but mostly be towed behind a motor home
have torrble put it in 2rd gear when cold hard to put in. when hot or warm not to bad are the gear boxes on this easy to get in or not can you help

when its up at operating temperature the oil is hot and thins down and makes for easier shifting, you could live with it or try an oil change if you haven't already tried it there could be any grade of oil in there?

as above, probably old oil or the wrong oil in it.
its not uncommon for people and mechanics to use incorrect spec oil.
