Hi all,
I have recently swapped a 3.9 and auto into my 110 land Rover. Given that it had the Lt77 attached to a ld28 the rear driveshaft was too short with the new combo (front is standard disco item). I am now looking for a reasonably priced engineering shop in Auckland to rebuild the shaft.
In an effort to get it moving I made one the correct length out of a disco and my 110 item but given that it was a temporary one made on the floor it is not completely straight.
Can anyone recommend someone reasonably priced to either cut and straighten my shaft or retube the whole thing?
