I did before we bought our new vehicle, then I thought it's essentially an 80 series with no turbo and a weaker gearbox so would need money spent on it to be suitable for me so ditched the idea. Look good in gxl spec too.

An MC class (4wd) vehicle imported into New Zealand on or after 1 March 2016 must be fitted with an electronic stability control (ESC) system unless:
it is over 20 years old
it is a special interest vehicle
you’re bringing it with you when emigrating or returning to live in New Zealand.
That is off the nzta website so I assume reading that a 105 would be non compliant unless the late ones have stability control or you could wrangle a special interest exemption.
