would love to come out, & finaly put the bighorn through its paces, I had it for almost six months & havent been anywhere yet  , though ive only recently got the big tyres, :thumright:

But i still havent got around to soring out some recovery gear & a highlift jack.
Ive really got to get this shit sorted while the weather is good for trips.
Shame on me.

Who was stuck in the Ashley at about 11:30 last night?

Came home from chch and saw a light (not sure if vehicle or not) just down stream from the ashley/rangiora bridge then a few meters away in the main stream was a set of hazards flashing, too dark to see any thing else...

Was with my sister in her Honda civic* so went on home, considered heading back with the surf but decided in these days of clowns out at mid night (good on them! :?) and cell phones, I'd have some sleep - esp as I'd be going alone.

*Why does it always seem that Honda Civics are the cars always present when 4x4s are involved. See we have a clip of them here now
