Not starting

Hey haven't been here for ages but my 92 v6 bighorn wont start it has spark and fuel but nothing happens does any one have any ideas on what I should check next thanks heaps

unless it dropped its piston rings overnight, you dont have fuel or spark - at least not at the right time anyway.

are these motors efi or carburetted?

check/charge up battery first - a tired battery might not start it.
distributor cap got water in it?
fuel pump actually pumping fuel to the injector rails? my moneys on fuel pump.
EFI fuse gone?
HV leads shorting out?

did you check the fuel delivery with a noid light or some other method, have you tested fuel pressure at the rail/injectors?

Could be the same issue I just had on daughters MU.

See if the P or N is illuminated. If not. Very likely its this... viewtopic.php?f=29&t=47210
