You obvisley went to a testing station. Rolling roads are not good for 4x4s that spend time in the mud.
And as for rust if they cant see it they cant fail you
wopass. Dont worrie your spot is safe untill you say other wise. We expect a couple more people will pull out yet, it always happens and it always will. There are always 101 things that come up when you least expect them and usualy cost shit loads.
Hope to see you there
Just a quick question, do you just want us to carry basic recovery gear and have suitable tow hooks? or is there some other magic things we should be carrying?
Also thought i better check if there is much water out there at this time of year? Any areas that require a snorkel?
Hi Guys,No no need for snorkles as it hasnt rained in weeks ,Its that dry up there that dust will be a problem,Will still be able to find a bit of mud so you shouldnt be going home with clean trucks,...,.,Steve
slack ben... and xj cant make it.. jeez.. looks like since lil pig wants to get dirty i just gonna have to push him in some mud... bug is loaded.. seee u in the morning
You can leave any time you like. other than that we should finish about 4 or 5.
If you want to bring you 80 as well thats fine as you can see a couple more have pulled out
see you there
Have uploaded Photos from the morning. Vids still to come but they seam too big? Anyway...
I missed taping the highlight of the day . After comming out of the below hole this truck spun 180 degrees and lifted up onto 2 wheels - on flat ground! Dont know how it didn`t tip over cause it was pretty much on its side but a very nice bit of driving saw it come back down on all 4's.
Callum as usual getting at least one wheel off the ground:
Should have read Callums signature line Keri - Dont follow him...
Great day out thanks fellas.. Cheers to Keri for the tow on a few occasions.. Good pics MNC, cheers for that. Steve count us in for next time you need a laugh.
Yes its correct i did get through the hole Keri got stuck in. but i dug it a little deep trying to go back through the other direction.. must go have a shower. i covered in mud
Just to correct MNC it was not good driving that kept it on all 4 wheels but more dumb luck And stupidity that got me there in the first place
In short when learning to drive with lockers dont turn full lock and put your foot up it. Your undies will never look the same
Hopfully next time it wont be so dry, never seen it so dry before.
Totaly different place when wet, will make my little arss puckering 2 wheeled stunt look safe
