Well back to engine out to be rebuilt ,
Two over heat episodes one lost the cooling fan in woodhill thought I saved it seemed like no damage water was always good or any other problems .
Second staying with friends end of lake Taupo checked radiator before we left,started climb out to tamranui , gauged climbed up by time I noticed off the scale , cap not sitting properly ,
Cooled it reloaded water I had top up in next town seemed ok but lately water pushed to rebuilds out into catch tank not refilling oil use or water but never both , ran fine but trip to Dargaville dumped water twice ,
That's it pulled the head no crack got it checked preheat inserts sunk into heat same as crack , bore deep scratches from broke rings ,
All out to rebuilders see how much that will cost,

Doesn't sound good, but has always been reliable in the past?.

Yes ran no,problems , up here 800 km round trips , just that niggle have I broke it ,
Seems there was a problem most of my repairs were with the clutch engine rear seal let go , new clutch plate ect,
Aftermarket clutch master was a pain pressurisation clutch slip two washers on each bolt fixed that,

Good new back up and running , needs new batteries sitting waiting no good for them.
Intercooler lower no raised the back of the hood anymore
