Any ideas on where to get one??

Got a friend overseas with a 1998 Suzuki Vitara 2.0 turbo. Basically it's been diagnosed with a ceased turbo & apparently he has been told that it is a sealed unit which cannot be repaired, does this sound right??

Any idea's of anyone here in NZ that I might be able to get a replacement turbo from??

The Frame type is KD-TA31W-YHXD-2

Is it a vitara or grand vitara ? I know that the vitara has the mazda diesel in them and they ran these in the 626 since about late 80's . While you are there get the intercooler :-)

Otherwise it might be a Peugeot . not sure about this but thought they swapped to one after the mazda .
