wat that noise??

well went out for a play on sunday and it was all good and on way home started to hear a clunkin sound and could feel it thru the floor down by wer the drive shaft slides into gear box, so i pulled driveshaft off and put in gear gave a few revs not 1 noise that shouldn't be there.put drive shaft back on and jacked the ass up and put it in gear and let the wheels spin and heard or felt nothin but up and down driveway it was there. so i not sure. universal maybe? can see they called mysterious utilities for a reason!! any help be appreciated

Looks like things have been a bit quite on the Isuzu thread, did you have any luck finding the cause of the noise?
