toyota transfer case question

this is probaly a stupid question :oops: :oops: but hey thats what ore is for... where abouts am i looking to find the filler bolt/cap on my prado transfer case?
toymota thats stock standard.

Go to Toyota and get a Magnetic diff Plug Part No 90341-18021
This has a internal hex , u use a hex 10mm allen wrench, so is flat on the face.

i think he's asking, where it is on his t/case.

But now he/she know's where to get one.

It's a flattish 24mm hex plug on the back of the t-case about 1/2 way up, left hand side. You fill it up to that level.

That's a good tip oldblue, I'll get some of those next change. The skinny 24mm plugs are bastards of things for rounding off. I ground down an old 24mm socket so it has no lead in chamfer & gets full engagement on the hex.

clint ,

do you have a J20 or part own one ? if so whats in it ? i used to have a 67' j200 ( dana 44's front and back , D20 t/case ,AMC 360 & 727 )
