What vehicle are you looking at working on?

Because, no LandCruiser ever came out with a V6 petrol, only a straight 6??

early VX cruisers had the 3f petrol engine which is the 3.8ltr streight 6,and then they went to the 1f-zfe 4.5ltr petrol streight 6. both early and later petrol versions are able to be converted to the 1hdt 4.2 turbo diesel providing the bell housings are the same i think it would be a very simple conversion.

ps:im looking for a 1fz-fe engine to play with if you have one and dont want it

The 3F has a capacity of 4 litres (3955cc from memory  ).

Also, the early petrol engined 80 series LandCruisers had the fuel injected 3F, the 3F-E.
