Is anybody here know or is an engineer that could fit rear tow hooks for me? They would need to be done on weekend as its not possible for me to get done during week.
Also are all engineers bolts high tensile?
Cheers

do it yourself, its not hard. i would talk to mr offroader and see where he/matt fixed the hooks to his disco and go from there, you can get the bolts from blacks fastners for cheap as. and the hooks can be got from most places like repco, 4wd accesories, delta 4wd ect... and before jerry says anything about strength
.... it is better to over engineer and be safe than it is to risk it.
if you dont fel comfortale doing it yourself, maybe get hold of rick at 4wd accesories.

If you're anywhere near Amberley I could have a look for you this weekend at some stage (weather permitting) and see if it would be a relatively simple fit... never done a hook on a Disco before...
As for Engineers bolts? Not sure what you're getting at there... I only ever fit hooks with grade 8 or 8.8 bolts (8 is imperial, 8.8 is metric - both are high-tensile)... The recovery hooks you buy come with grade 8 fine-thread imperial bolts and nylock nuts normally (which is a warning to those fitting them to Jap trucks with ready-to-bolt nuts in the chassis... like Hiluxes... don't use the bolts in the pack... go buy some metric fine thread bolts...
