If its cheaper then I will be accepting donations to the ORE Welly peg fund so we have our own pegs for competitions and events    [if you wish to contribute]

Be prepared to throw in a couple of bucks for the BBQ as well if you are going....

can we not have pegs, but some soft cones and spray paint the top of them, they are easy to setup, wont damage the vehicle or occupents if rolled on and if a competitor hits one, its 2 seconds to move back rather than having to get out a hammer.

What about flexi plastic pipe instead?, cones don't always stay on steep angles, or a mixture of pegs, cones and pipe

I may not be there as Ally (Marks brother wife - my sister in law) has just now gone into labour so that should be a baby by tomorrow. I think that Mark and Jake are still going to come though. Have fun!

Don't worry, we will! As if I'd not go 4wd'ing just because I had to go and look at a baby... :P But I guess I had better go and say g'day to my new nephew/niece if he/she has arrived by the morning.

If I am not there by 10am carry on and I will do my best to catch up. If I can't then never mind.

Nah its my choice. He won't be in trouble at all. May still come if it happens in the early hours. We can dash up to hospital on the way! We'll see how it goes.

Hi Jerry. I think we will stay for BBQ. I am yet to confirm if I will be there, sounds as though baby will be born tonight though so chances are Mark and I will both be there with two boys. Otherwise Mark and Jake. I don't eat much anyway!

What a brilliant trip :D
Thank you very much Shell for organising this. :thumright:
The three of us, my partner Bernadette (or Kookie as I call her), our daughter Jessica and myself had an awesome time.
Finishing it off with a little barbeque around Shell's place made for a very nice ending to an excellent day.
Posted my pics and a couple of vids here:

It was her who called the mudfight.
