84 FJ40 project

Sorry about the quality of the above clip. It was made for a bit of a laugh.

I love my fj40, dents and all. But even more now it's repowered. I've only blown one UJ so far. It's effortless to smoke up the tyres. (apart from blowing uj's)

There is no mechanical problem so difficult that it cannot be solved by brute strength and ignorance.

It's worth ever penny. Start saving!
The LS1 takes everything I can through at it on the road. It's still not tuned to the 4inch snorkel yet. There is a flat spot. But "Kevin Geary Performance" should sort it. The reason I haven't taken it off roading much is I'm getting an alloy raditor installed this week (along with front end roll cage install).

As soon as I get some action clips I'll let you lot know for sure!

I hear ya. It's getting the hell alarm fitted next week actually.
But at the end of the day, if someone wants it and is sick enough to steal it doesn't matter how good the alarm is. (sadly) That's the risk I take I guess.

For sure. The people who installed it had installed one in a later model toyota. They said they have totally submerged the LS1 while running and had no problems at all. Instead of the 4inch snorkel I use they use x2 3inch snorkels. lol
