hey does anyone no a place in chch wer i can get ma spline fixed on my front half shaft?

Try DURALLOY GEARS LTD, Greywacke Rd, Harewood, off Johns Rd.

Might be cheaper to get,fit a second hand one. Hope this helps.

throw it to the back of the garage, and go buy a good s/hand one , it will be better and cheaper, had same issue 5mths ago.

i agree, if you dont know any machinists itll be cheaper to buy a 2nd hand one.

Yep if the spline is damaged, it would have to be metal sprayed then the teeth re-cut, not worth the cost and hassle.

that depends on how damaged they are, if theyre not too bad youll get away with cutting the spline again.

cheers guys....... all sorted good old tiny file did the trick, got the cv on and now can put it back together
