Take a couple of photos of the hook and the chassis underside. I suspect your factory mount will not be that bad, although I have seen them ripped out on older Hilux models.
The spacing is correct to fit a rated towhook to it, but the bolts that come with the hooks are imperial thread, and the captive nuts in the chassis are metric fine... DON'T try to use the bolts that come with the hook.

Sorry steve i dissagree, Do use the bolts in the pack, mount them properly do not do half the job, DO NOT use the factory captive nuts they are not rated!
