Spring Over

Hi all just wondering if anyone could give me some info about a spring over axle conversion on a 60 series landcruiser.
Are there any pitfalls or is it straight forward as it seams. Also certification would it need to be done??

Note that a SOA is a BIG lift... Not quite as simple as you might think either.... You'd definitely need cerification.
