The WOF rules state that a CERT is required if spacers are fitted... Haven't had chance to go through the cert rules yet to see what is allowed...

hey guys before you bid, ring your local certifier
I was told by mine "there is a discretionary element to these to be strong... and he felt alloy wasn't strong enough" he also mentioned some will certify them
Second do not buy them if you intend to bolt them onto a hilux (surf should be alright since they fit cruiser) the rules state you are required to have a snug fit to the support ring on the hub (or protruding part of the hub), have a look on your rear hubs you will see a small ring that fits just inside the rims center hole. On a hilux these are smaller and if these spacers fit cruisers then the center hole is on the spacer is too big to get certification
As for spacer size dropping to 19mm this is news to me I'm currently waiting for a copy of the new cert handbook to arrive when I get it I'll let ya know

Cheers Reece
