I see in the poll that 31 of us don't mind paying the small fee and 2 of us do mind in that it would put them off.

Would be really interesting to hear from these 2 their reasons of what and why the fee puts them off. :shock:

The insurance doesn't cover vehicle damage, thats up to the respective vehicle owners. It covers public liability, ie if someone got runover, forest got burnt down, etc.
