use alloy or stinless if you can even exhaust tubing can be use but will rust on the inside
out can use a glove over your dizzy with the fingers zip tied onto your ht leads or two since its a v8

Put a fan infront of the radiator like us with no room what so ever between engine and radiator

yeah i cut my radiator support and made a new one out of 30x6mm flat
thats why its on a lean
allso had to cut the lower radiator brackets to lower it under the bonnet

it clears by 5mm and clears my belts by 10mm

your water pump and everything will pressurise the whole system and circulate water to the radiator in the back, in the front you have the air being pushed through it in the back it is better protected but you rely on the fan's doing a lot more of the work.

Use stainless pipe and you won't have any issues, or as above replace the radiator support with 4mm plate (cut it out move radiator and make a new one to suit) or put the fan in front of the radiator to push the air through the radiator 2 smaller fan's may be better in this situation but do check that you are pushing the air into the radiator.

Option 3 if a front mount fan is not good enough and it is only short running is you can spray the outside of the radiator with water the evaporation causes it to cool too and the fan and water will cool it a lot more than you think (thinking idle for long times here not when driving)

you can run two radiators one up front one at the back but you will have to feed one then the other in a row feed one and the output feeds the other and its output goes to the motor. you may want an electric water pump to feed the water forward for a saftey thing but of the ones I have seen even in race and buggy's no-one has used one.

yeah it sounds good but just doing it  . the other way is use a petrol rad out of surf with isnt as fat but what you make up in room ill lose in cooling, how are they like for certs if you cut supports out??

not structural but you have to put something in to hold bonet latch and top of radiator.

worth checking with your local cert guy they are nice like that

i run a safari radiator in the tray of my ute piped it through with galvenised scaffolding tube with 2 pusher fans on it its tight against the cab but the way the air flows over the cab it pulls the hot air away

i also have a crawler box and a 2 jz so i can do 4 kmh at 6500 revs and its never over heated apart from when the fan fuse blew

reason i put it in the tray was the 2jz pullys were catching the radiator as i only had a 10 mm gap and the pushers on the standard diesel rad was not enough to cool the engine

cheers rik
