Don't we count??? Mark said "I'm in for Sunday. Looking forward to it." Happy to do a medium trip, we are no longer shiny! Mark has done a 50mm body lift, pulled off the running boards, but a solid back bar around where the back bumper used to be, put 33" Mudzillas and steel rims on, and one of those new towbar setups that the guy showed us at Aotea that has the towbar that you can take out and put a pin in for doing recoveries etc. Looking forward to testing out all our new mods. You guys won't recognise the whale now!

Mark wrote:Also, Rob from NaeNae Tyre Court (MrO's boss) has very kindly offered to come out at the end of the day on Sat and have a beer with us. But more importantly, he has offered to pick up any punctured tyres, repair them and drop them back later that night ready to be used the next day 8) . He would only charge for the repair it's self ($18 ) unless tubes or tyres are required. He won't charge for travel or after hour charges.

So thanks heaps for the great offer Rob. Much appreciated.

That guy deserves a beer or two or twenty :thumright:
I think he just joined up on here a week or three or four ago as well.
When I bought my tyres of him I didn't know him from a bar of soap but was immediately impressed with the service he offered and just as importantly his prices. Have send a couple of guys his way since then.
He scored double brownie points in my books back then. Although I am now considering crossing off some of those knowing he has employed Mr O. Gotta wonder how much Mr O is paying him to work there.
Good on ya Rob. Sincerly hope your little business is booming (cause if should be) and one of these days you'll be seriously kicking Vince Martin's and Tony's butts.

Just some of the names of the bogs and hazards in there:
Diff Dinger, Cruiser Drive, Hells Bells, Wacko, Tony's BooBoo, Surprise, Widow Maker, Yukk Bog, Screamer, Toyota Trip, Nissan Way, the Loo, Neil's Climb.
Some of these were named after someone's mistake or misfortune.
Wonder if there will be some more names added this weekend or some renamed??
