I've currently got 4 generators
1x honda 5.5kva electric start
1x robin 2.2kva (crook regulator
)
1x kawasaki 700 watt (crook regulator
)
1x bunnings 750 watt $99 dollar job.
I use generators out at my bach and the best one I've ever owned is the stupid chinese thing from bunnings that cost me $99. it comes with a 2 year waranty and when it packs up I can just throw it in the creek and buy another one for $99 and not have to worry about spending more than that fixing it. The thing runs on the smell of oily 2 stroke and you can hardly hear it running :thumright: so long as you arent loading them up over about 2/3 of there capacity they seem reliable enough, if you try running them under high load they start packing up pretty quickly:?
if I ever need lots of power to run anything I start up the 5.5kva honda and beleive me its as noisey as my cruiser at full throttle and uses just as much gas
go the cheap disposal queit chinese junk type type unless you've got a commercial or heavy application for it
