70 series headlight problems

ive shorted something in my headlight when messing round putting in spotlights.the right headlight just glows on high beam and low beam. left still works fine.have tried new sealed beam, and replaced relay (went to toyota cost $112) still only glows. any ideas?

toyota use the headlight fuse on the earth circut so change the fuse and the light will glow brite
