yes made it myself, I used 2 1/5 inch exhaust tube, i got some straight lenth and 2 ubends and then jst cut and welded it to suit the zuk shape........got the snorkel hat of daisy(thanks mate
) on loan, but you can buy them...

well the list gets bigger?? after a shake down run at rallywoods i have the carby apart full of rusty tank bits(thats from it sitting for years) fuel filter stuffed,rubber fuel lines breaking down, fan rooted, found where all the water is coming from(bit of floor welding needed) so a bit of work to do haha......

havent updated for a while.....
have just replaced fuel lines,filter and rebuilt carburettor
next is the right front CV i think...

ok.... picking up some 15x8 rims on saturday(gona put my 31s on yahoo)
once ive got the tyres on im going to cut the wheel arches about 2inches all the way round all four guards,get bolts for the two inch body lift and i think i have to move the front diff forward??(is that right lilpig?)
will put up pics when i start cutting

nah CV not done yet, im going to strip it and repack it with grease and see how that goes.....im to tight to buy a new one

you probably really do want a new cv too.. last thing ya want is to go for a decent sessions play and 'ping'.....

bet you could get a whole hilux diff for that... then find a surf rear.. and put em under!!!!! thats the best solution to me...

nah dont wana hybrid it at the moment....
anyway got my rims today...they are f%&ked
so put my 31s on them anyway so i can start the
guard chop and body lift
it already looks better with
wider feet on it.....

sat front and rear body blocks in today(no bolts yet)
its giving me 40-45mm lift!! very happy with that

going from 30s to 31s and then body lift shud be 65-70mm lift....
and with wider offset wheels gives me about 45-50mm extra width each
side!! me very happy

body lift done!! well two bolts to go but they no biggie!!!
use blocks left overfrom daisys mu!! big thanks to mike!!
used the blocks for the mounts between the wheels and manage to use factory studs aswell!! bonus! and for the front and rear mounts
i used body mounts from a mitsi triton ute....(hope doesnt make it a hybrid?) haha longer bolts in the rear just need to sort bolts for the front
2moro....xmember mounts i used triton blocks aswell, then hammerd
the stud down into the floor more so i could use factory studs aswell....
no pics yet sorry people(nib) to busy working on it
maybe get some tommorow..

finally got the rear shoes in today and cleand the garage ready to start cutting the guards this week
hopefully only need to cut 1-2 inches off?

just got front guards finished today.....jst need to get to bunnings for the
garden edging!!
some will say its to tidy for a 4x4 but its done right!!
hopefully get onto the rear guards this week??
