Drive with one rut down the centre of your vehicle so that the left wheels are on one side of the rut and the right wheels on the other. This way you won't belly out. Suspension lift probably best. See your local 4WD upgrader and get it done properly of you want it for road use too.

I did that with the shallow ones ...
The photo above was taken at the end of one of the deep ones ... the bank is half way up the windows
I was told that when you try to drive with one wheel down the center and one on the side the wheels on the center tend to slip off into one of the ruts, and this can result in more problems ...
There is no mechanical problem so difficult that it cannot be solved by brute strength and ignorance.
Front is easy, you just wind up the torsion bars, back would be longer shackles?
Not sure, but with a 2" lift you should fit 32" tyres?
What size do you run now?
