Hey see your from Reefton aye? Whats big river like at the moment?? thinking of doing a trip up there in next few weeks havent got my winch fixed yet and will be a 1st time on that track anything i should avoid\lookout for? Thanks Ricky

Speaking of cheap recovery gear. I saw Cookes on Waterloo Rd in CHCH having a special on 4x4 recovery ropes/strops. Havn't seen the equipment myself but thought I would give the heads up. :)

I believe that they manufacture the "Snatchmaster" range.
Which I brought from "4WDbits" who advertise on this site
I have 2 of these and they are great
There is no mechanical problem so difficult that it cannot be solved by brute strength and ignorance.
