Yep...if we have 50 people turning up see what sort of discount we can get, we want cabins for those that want it, others may want to camp. big ass bbq and bonfire on the sat night, shiny and hard trips...have I missed anything?, options for kids activities too?

Sounds like Jerry is volunteering to run a childcare service for the weekend. Good on ya mate, we'll definitely be there then! :thumleft:

A trip up there sounds really good, and it sounds as though it could be a bit of an ORE North Island (with a few Southerners tagging along) get together. Labour weekend sounds like a good time (October 20-22).

Labour weekend might be a round of the national champs in Welly ie the Deadwood Safari......, let me check it out, otherwise labout weekend sounds ideal, unless a quieter weekend on the roads would be better....

I thought Uncle Bubba was going to look after them

First round of national trials is on october 13/14th, so labour weekend should be sweet for most.

On the nzfwda calender on their website it confirms it so Labour weekend looks good....only issue may be heavy traffic that weekend ....would a quieter weekend be better?
