Yea it is, do he wide axel at the same time as the falcons, you need the extra width for the tyers to clear the chassie.

also when ya drill the falcons drill them 185mm instead of 115, that way you dont have to move the rear mount back, thats what tim did and i should have done the same.

Well two years done the track thought I would compare the truck from then to now.

the start:
Well I got my self a 1988 hilux surf on friday nite, its got 158,000k's on the clock, VERY VERY tidy condition, bullbars shitty mud and snow tyers (30") and came with a crappy crapy player.
I have installed my pioneer cd player in it now, fitted some mud thanks to sunday afternoon.
Its got a 2.4L Turbo Deisel boat anchor under the bonnet.

Image

Plans for the future include, a rear shackle lift, winding the front torshon bars up. A 50mil body lift. some mud tyers, either 31" or 32" and a snorkle.
Image

From then Its change alot as most of you will know,

Good for you Matt - com'n out on the Xmas run? (if you need a seat cos the trucks in dry dock, give me a call) - would be good to catch up with you. The truck is looking quite the beastie now.
